Bring your users, POIs and tags with you.
Switching does not mean rebuilding every user, location and structure. Export relevant master data from your current system and use our import module to prepare it in Cartracker. We can process users, points of interest (POIs), tags and other relevant data from multiple file formats. Have an unusual export file? Send it over; we will help prepare or convert it.

We keep this separately
Historical trips are not imported into Cartracker. We can help you export your existing trip and mileage records safely and, if required, keep them available separately for the required 7-year retention period.
Plan the switch around your daily operation.
You do not need to switch an entire fleet at once. We can work per vehicle, vehicle group, location or responsible planner. That way installation fits your daily operation and downtime stays minimal.
Self-installation
Plug & Play hardware is available from stock. Add the vehicle, follow the steps in the portal and typically allow about one minute per vehicle.
We install it
Book directly in our online calendar at your preferred location and time. Allow about 30 minutes for a dongle installation and 60–90 minutes for a blackbox, depending on the chosen setup. Our technicians bring the hardware and leave only when it works.
