Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager you are:
- Ultimately responsible for existing customer accounts;
- Actively approach and support existing customers;
- Providing product demos to customers;
- responsible for the onboarding of new customers;
- deployable as a knowledge partner for our customers;
- the professional who has a solution for every business case;
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales team and managing key accounts. You'll proactively introduce ULU technology to customers and prospects. You'll understand customer needs and respond to solutions that align with their business objectives. You'll also work closely with the ULU/Cartracker team to drive company growth and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Extensive experience in a similar position, preferably within the technology sector;
- Customer-oriented and able to build long-term relationships;
- HBO working and thinking level;
- You are people and results oriented and represent the customers of ULU / Cartracker;
- You have strong communication skills and can easily switch between roles at any level, from employee to management;
- You are willing to actively work with customers, through online demos and physical visits;
- Perfect command of the Dutch and English language.
